Shipping Methods & Rates

• Standard Delivery (via Royal Mail): from £2.99–£3.89 for orders under £50; free over £50. 

• Tracked 1–3 day delivery (Royal Mail 24 / Royal Mail Tracked 48): £4.79–£5.00.

• Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 3 pm (or midday depending on courier).
  
  

Courier Partners & Packaging

• Items under 2 kg via Royal Mail; heavier parcels via Parcelforce or DPD.

• All orders are securely and sustainably packaged to prevent damage.
  
  

Delivery Zones & Timelines

• Mainland UK: 1–5 working days depending on service selected.

• Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands: allow +1–2 days.
  
  

Local Delivery

• Free local delivery within a 5-mile radius for orders over £20 via coordination email. 

Tracking & Notifications

• Tracking info is sent via email once dispatch is complete.

• We alert customers to delays or issues promptly.
  
  

Delivery Issues & Damage Claims

• For lost or damaged parcels, please notify us within 48 hours with order details and photos.

• We’ll offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
