We’re delighted to share Kendake Honey with customers around the world. Each jar you receive is part of a larger mission—to empower women, honour nature, and deliver unmatched quality. Please review the guidelines below before placing your international order.
We currently ship to select international destinations, including the European Union and United States, via tracked delivery.

EU: 3–9 working days
USA: 7–10 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on customs clearance, local courier processing, and seasonal demand.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Kendake Honey is not liable for delays or charges incurred during customs processing.
Due to the consumable nature of our honey, we are only able to accept returns under specific conditions:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hivehub@kendakehoney.co.uk. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can assist swiftly.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed jars, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition.
Return shipping is at your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Opened jars are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
To initiate a return, please email us within 14 days of receipt stating your intention to cancel.
While US law does not require a statutory return period, we extend a 14-day return window for unopened jars as a gesture of goodwill.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate and support resolution.

📦 Return postage is the customer’s responsibility (unless item is incorrect or damaged)
📸 Photo documentation is required for faulty or damaged items

Every jar of Kendake Honey is packed with care and purpose. Below is everything you need to know about our UK delivery process—from dispatch to doorstep.
Standard Delivery: £3.50 for orders under £50
Tracked Delivery: £5.00 for orders under £50
Free Standard Delivery on all orders £50 and above
Standard: 2–5 working days
Tracked: 1–3 working days
Orders placed before 12 PM on working days are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM, or during weekends or bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.
All orders under 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail
Larger orders are delivered by Parcelforce or DPD, depending on weight and location
Each jar is carefully wrapped using protective, environmentally conscious materials to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is dispatched, along with tracking details if applicable. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll keep you informed.
Live nearby? We offer free local delivery within a 5-mile radius of our Brentwood base for orders over £20.
