We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and service but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below:

Returns 

Due to the consumable nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted in the following instances:

📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, please email us within48 hours of delivery athivehub@kendakehoney.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll swiftly make it right.

🔄 Incorrect Items
Received something you didn’t order? Let us know within48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or process a refund with care.

Hygiene and Safety

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products,we cannot accept returns of honey jars where the seal has been broken or tampered with, unless the product is faulty. This measure is in line with food safety regulations and ensures the highest standards of product quality and ensures the safety and wellbeing of every member of our hive - which is of utmost importance to us.

Non-Perishable Status of Honey

Although honey is classified as anon-perishable food item in the UK, our return policy complies with theConsumer Contracts Regulations, which allow businesses to refuse returns of sealed goods that arenot suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Cancellations

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you need to cancel an order, please reach outas soon as possible.
After Dispatch: Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or provider to complete the transaction.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within7 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
